Landscaping
The grounds maintenance contractors hired by the Condominium Corporation are responsible for the general maintenance of the development.
This includes mowing and fertilizing grass areas, pruning hedges/shrubs, raking leaving, cleaning debris from the roadway and maintain the flower and shrub beds in the common areas.
Unit owners are not permitted to plant in front garden beds.
Unit Owner Responsibility
Unit owners are encouraged to maintain their own flower beds in the back of their unit. Only flowering plants are permitted; fruit and vegetables are not permitted.
Snow Removal
The snow removal contractor engaged by the Condominium Corporation removes the snow from roadways, driveways and sidewalks.
Each unit owner is responsible to keep their stairs, balconies, and roof decks to which their unit has sole and direct access free and clear of ice and snow.
Only ice melt is permitted should be used on the stairs.
We have two (2) ice melt boxes on-site. One is located by unit #1, the second is located by the resident mailboxes.
